Hi everyone!

Do you ever have those days where you get a craving for a smoothie? A tasty fruity delicious smoothie in an adorable mason jar? Well if you are then i've got just the thing for you! Here is a recipe for a very delicious smoothie, or should i say, a berry delicious smoothie!
If you do make the smoothie make sure to send me a picture or tag me on instagram so i can see you all enjoying your delicious smoothies!

Here's what your going to need:

Coconut water
Natural, no fat yoghurt
1x banana, or 2x small bananas
1 cup frozen mixed berries, or fresh berries if you prefer

1. So what you're going to do first is peel the bananas, chop them up, and squeeze a generous amount of honey ontop

2. Now you're going to add the berries and yoghurt, i used around 1 cup of berries and 2 scoops of yoghurt

3. Now add the coconut water and the milk, just add enough so that it almost covers the rest of the ingredients (depending on your own taste)

4. BLEND!!!!

5. Now for the finishing touch, a cute little mason jar is just perfect for smoothie drinking, plus it looks super cute!

And that's about it! It's as simple as that, just add the ingredients, blend, then drink and enjoy!

Hello hello!

I've been travelling around Italy for a few weeks now, which means lots of driving and lots of planes to catch and lots of boring hours of sitting around listening to music and playing games, so I thought today I'd share with you some of the songs I've been listening to on repeat whilst on my travels.

As you can probably tell from the songs I've listed down below I'm really loving a few artists at the moment, and just keep playing their songs over and over :)

Top - H&M, shorts - Factorie, shoes - some small shop in Venice

Walking around Venice in my stripes tee (one of the many that I brought specially to wear in Venice) made me feel a little bit nautical, pair it with a straw boater and song long black pants and I could easily become a gondolier for the day, but it was way to hot to wear anything but shorts and t shirts! Being surrounded with water and seeing boats go past in every which way was a little strange, I mean who came up with the idea to go and build a city in the middle of the ocean! But it was a great experience, especially getting In a gondola at midnight for a tour around Venice, we were the only ones in the canals and it was soooo peaceful, and oh the gelato we ate was spectacular!
Hope you're all surviving the cold winter back home :)

Hi all!

I've just arrived in Florence after spending three amazing days exploring the five lands of cinque terra, Riomaggiore, Manarola, Vernazza, Monterosso and the place where we stayed, Corniglia. While we were there we trekked all the way to Vernazza which took around an hour and a half in the searing hot heat, but it was well worth it when we were able to jump off the pier into the ocean and cool off in the clear blue water. We also got in a boat that took us to each of the different lands, where we are and explored and swum and ate some more!
I took so so many photos while exploring Cinque Terra that I just had to share with all of you, most of them are of cute gelato coloured buildings that we saw :)
